El Remo is a small and modest village south of Puerto Naos, enjoying a wonderful climate all year round.

The local baker of El Remo calls every morning with fresly baked bread. There is a small local shop and in the evening a choice of three restaurants, all offering the local delicacy calamares (squid). There are few villages on the sunny west coast of La Palma that can boast of a closer proximity to the sea than El Remo.
