Casa Diego near La Punta

The Casa Diego with pool (approx. 9.5 X 3.5m) is situated roughly north of Los Llanos below the village of La Punta, directly behind El Time, and then far to the coast at a climatically ideal height of 130 meters.

The house stands absolutely alone on the edge of a large banana plantation with a private lane ending right at the house. It offers a fantastic ocean view!

The nearest restaurants and a supermarket can be found near the beach in Tazacorte about 15 minutes' drive away. Los Llanos is a little over 20 minutes' drive.

The village of La Punta has two small supermarkets, about 3 minutes' drive away.

The house consists of:
- a newly-equipped kitchen
- two bedrooms (one with 1.6 X 2.0 m doublebed, one with two single beds)
- one bathroom with shower and WC
- second bathroom with washing machine accessible from outside
- CD player / radio / cassette
- roofed terrace
- separate entry with parking on the extremely large plot of land
- barbecue and beautifully laid-out pond

Maximum number of occupants:
4 adults and children.
